Production Lead — Food Manufacturing

Job overview

The Production Lead role is onsite in Riviera Beach, FL. Compensation is $20.50 per hour. The role supports the Production Department at a food manufacturing facility. The Production Lead coordinates daily production work so the facility can meet production targets while maintaining product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. The role directs and supports production employees, monitors workflow and materials, and helps ensure compliance with food safety and workplace procedures.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and support production line employees
• assign duties and monitor performance, attendance, and productivity
• oversee food processing, preparation, packaging, labeling, and assembly
• ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation requirements
• monitor product quality and labeling
• report equipment malfunctions
• monitor schedules, inventory, raw materials, and supplies
• complete production records
• maintain a sanitary work area
• enforce safety and PPE procedures
• identify production issues and recommend improvements
• communicate updates and staffing needs to management.

Why this role

Food manufacturing experience and knowledge of food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation practices are sought. High school diploma or GED preferred. Flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required; lifting 25–50 pounds may be required.
