Warehouse Coordinator

Job overview

The Warehouse Coordinator role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $23–$24 per hour. The coordinator supports Amerita’s patient supply distribution within BrightSpring Health Services. The role prepares equipment and supplies for patient orders and deliveries while maintaining warehouse inventory and records. Accurate packing, stock rotation, and coordination help ensure patients receive the supplies and equipment they need.

What you'll do

• Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution
• fill patient orders
• complete delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and packing slips
• coordinate home medical equipment orders with a pharmacist
• coordinate patient deliveries
• stock, store, and rotate supplies
• maintain lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch records
• monitor drug and pump inventory
• keep the production space clean
• act as a backup driver when needed.
