What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish food
• act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing and recipe compliance
• and respond flexibly to last-minute requests for events and facility functions.
