The Rapid Rehousing Specialist role is onsite in Newport, KY, for 22.5 hours per week. Compensation is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Brighton Center is a community-based nonprofit focused on helping individuals and families reach self-sufficiency through support services, education, employment, and leadership. The specialist works with people experiencing homelessness to identify resources, address barriers, and secure and maintain housing. By screening for program eligibility, supporting goal-setting, making referrals, and coordinating with community partners, the role helps individuals and families move toward stable housing and self-sufficiency.

What you'll do

• Assist individuals and families in securing and maintaining housing
• screen customers for program eligibility
• help families create pathways to self-sufficiency and make referrals
• maintain regular customer contact and timely documentation
• collaborate with Brighton Center staff and community partners
• maintain program compliance and customer records in multiple databases.
