What you'll do

• Prepare recipes and plate dishes to standards
• follow food safety procedures and proper storage and preparation temperatures
• perform short-order cooking
• operate the fryer and flat-top grill
• prep and portion ingredients
• restock supplies
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• follow health and safety guidelines
• interact with guests professionally.
