What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered, trauma-informed, culturally affirming primary care
• collaborate with medical providers, medical assistants, behavioral health specialists, HIV case managers, and care navigators
• support HIV prevention and treatment, including PrEP/PEP management and chronic HIV care
• contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
• promote an inclusive clinical environment.
