Estimator — Multifamily and Mixed-Use Construction

What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual through final construction estimates
• perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• review project drawings and specifications
• develop budgets, bid packages, scope sheets, and cost breakdowns
• solicit and level proposals
• identify scope gaps and risks
• participate in value engineering, procurement, and preconstruction coordination.
