What you'll do

• Oversee kitchen operations and food production
• execute line positions as needed
• support seasonal specials
• conduct line checks and expedite orders
• train and coach kitchen staff
• create weekly schedules and hold monthly meetings
• manage food costs, payroll, and inventory
• oversee food safety
• engage with guests and collaborate on menu updates and events.
