Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, supporting SoLa Impact’s multifamily rental properties. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, janitorial, appliance, HVAC, and water-heater repairs
• respond to work orders, service calls, inspections, and emergency maintenance issues
• prepare HUD portfolio sites for REAC inspections and meet HUD NSPIRE standards
• manage shop inventory and order supplies within budget
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• mentor and train Maintenance Technician I staff
• collaborate with Property Management, Compliance, Construction, and Purchasing.
