What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and identification information
• check eligibility, benefits, and authorizations
• explain coverage and payment responsibilities
• collect payments and process transactions
• answer calls
• maintain records and reports
• process reimbursements
• support office operations, census reporting, and supply orders.

Why this role

Schedule is 5:00 AM–1:00 PM Monday–Friday, plus a rotating Saturday shift from 5:30 AM–8:30 AM; no nights or Sundays.
