What you'll do

• Administer leave-of-absence cases, including FMLA, disability, military, and state paid leave
• coordinate with external leave administrators and stakeholders
• educate staff and managers on leave rules
• support leave metrics and transfer reviews
• provide initial support on non-complex employee relations issues and back up complex matters
• conduct workplace investigations
• support dispute resolution and corrective actions
• manage EAP, wellness events, the Performance Excellence Program, and BEAM program
• administer ADA accommodations
• manage workplace injury and illness claims and coordinate return-to-work processes.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR work experience, 3+ years of progressive HR experience, and HRIS experience. PHR or SPHR certification and union labor-relations experience are preferred.
