What you'll do

• Market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
• build working relationships with clients, prospects, and represented companies by phone, email, and written communication
• support client and prospect follow-up
• respond promptly to client needs
• maintain client files and routine correspondence in paper records and software
• assist with office duties
• complete forms and enter sold products into software
• cultivate relationships and cross-sell insurance lines.
