What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day oversight of undergraduate, certificate, and graduate online nursing programs
• teach 12–15 credit hours per calendar year in qualified courses
• coordinate academic programs, faculty assignments, and student advising
• support enrollment, retention, marketing, and recruitment
• supervise and evaluate faculty and staff
• maintain nursing curricula and learning tools
• lead accreditation compliance and assessment
• develop program offerings and course delivery
• build relationships with regional healthcare systems
• travel to remote locations and work evenings or weekends as needed.
