What you'll do

• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• prepare food for meal periods and upcoming service
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned station and service areas
• cook during scheduled meal periods
• follow supervisor instructions
• alert the Chef or Sous Chef to food-item deficiencies
• notify management of relevant shift information.
