What you'll do

• Support hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, scheduling, and directing security staff
• help establish department standards and administrative processes
• oversee loss prevention and safety on the assigned shift
• conduct or supervise investigations

• identify and control risks
• maintain property key controls
• direct security personnel and special assignments
• review subordinate work.
