What you'll do

• Represent employers in labor and employment litigation
• support defense of wage-and-hour class actions
• conduct legal research and develop analyses
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents
• assist with case strategy, preparation, discovery, and daily litigation work
• manage deadlines and communicate with clients and legal professionals.
