Assistant Store Manager

The role supports staffing, service standards, operational execution, and team development.

What you'll do

• Support staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, inventory management, customer service, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations. Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and operational metrics
• support cash handling and loss prevention
• serve as leader on duty when the Store Manager is absent.
