What you'll do

• Lead managers and hourly staff
• uphold service and hospitality standards
• oversee restaurant functions including business strategy, marketing, and risk management
• maintain compliance with policies, food safety standards, and health regulations
• recruit, hire, onboard, coach, train, and evaluate team members
• monitor sales, labor, and operating costs
• develop marketing and networking initiatives
• set and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and profitability strategies
• ensure financial reporting and cost-management compliance.
