What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral health and substance use assessments, screenings, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, consultation, and care coordination
  • use evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed care
  • coordinate referrals and follow-up
  • document services in the EHR
  • participate in quality improvement and population health activities.
