The Toddler Teacher — Anderson Mill Preschool position is full-time and onsite in Austin, TX, with pay of $17–$19 per hour. The Learning Experience Preschool at Anderson Mill provides care and learning experiences for toddlers. The preferred work times are 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The teacher provides toddler care, follows classroom routines and curriculum, observes children’s development, and communicates with parents. The role supports a safe, welcoming learning environment and collaborates with classroom colleagues.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality care for toddlers
• follow daily schedules and classroom routines
• implement provided monthly curriculum materials
• maintain a clean, organized, engaging classroom
• foster a safe, welcoming, inclusive learning space
• observe and assess children’s development
• communicate with parents
• collaborate with team members and assist with lunch breaks
• document children’s activities using iPads.
