Hotel Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform basic repairs, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, preventive maintenance, and indoor and outdoor grounds upkeep.
• Maintain fixtures and equipment according to the preventive maintenance schedule and record work in log books.
• Service pool and spa areas, including testing and recording as required by state and local regulations.
• Clean building interiors, public and storage areas, and the parking lot.
