What you'll do

• Assist with daily field walks and record observations
• support project-specific corrective action plans
• provide feedback on safety improvements and recognition
• assist with coaching and job-site orientations
• assist with safety training and testing
• support incident investigations and injury/illness cases
• raise potential compliance risks
• attend and evaluate daily safety meetings and report feedback to Safety leadership.

Why this role

OSHA 30 Construction certification and a valid state-issued driver's license with satisfactory driving record are required. CPR/First Aid certification is required; trainer status, STS/STSC, bilingual ability, and union workforce experience are preferred or desired.
