Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health (PRN)

What you'll do

• Administer nursing care in clients’ residences
• complete initial and ongoing assessments, including OASIS
• reevaluate nursing needs and care outcomes
• develop and revise plans of care
• plan for discharge
• communicate with clients, families, team members, physicians, and other professionals
• apply infection-control precautions
• monitor cases for payer compliance
• complete documentation
• supervise, teach, and direct LVNs/LPNs, HHAs, and CNAs
• perform assigned on-call responsibilities.
