What you'll do

• Develop and oversee aquatic programs, including lessons, family swim, rentals, pool parties, and competitive and precompetitive swim programs
• maintain pool health and safety standards and secure facilities when not in use
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate instructors and lifeguards
• maintain staff certifications and required safety documentation
• support emergency action planning and staff safety training
• prepare payroll reports
• monitor registrations and participant records
• engage with members
• attend required staff and leadership meetings.
