The Senior IT Business Analyst — Salesforce role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $80–$88 per hour. The position supports strategic Salesforce initiatives within the NM Commercial portfolio, including the Commercial M&A Integration program. The analyst leads requirements and process analysis to help harmonize capabilities across organizations and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role connects business stakeholders and delivery teams through integration planning, solution validation, deployment readiness, and business adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead business analysis strategy, requirements management, process transformation, and solution definition
• analyze current and future processes and map business capabilities
• translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements
• support Salesforce consolidation, integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics
• facilitate workshops and backlog refinement
• drive UAT, solution validation, deployment readiness, and adoption
• and manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or a related field; five years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications and transformation programs; and three years of Salesforce experience. Salesforce certifications and merger or acquisition integration experience are preferred.
