What you'll do

• Resolve workstation operating system and printer issues
• support business applications and basic Microsoft 365 administration
• address basic server and networking issues
• answer client Quick Fix calls
• troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems
• support deployments, imaging, user profiles, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, backups, cybersecurity, and mobile devices
• and participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
