Front Desk Coverage — Swing Shift

The Front Desk Coverage role is onsite at Clover Place in Seattle, WA, with a swing shift from 3:30 p.m. to midnight and Wednesday and Thursday off. Compensation is $32.72–$36.12 per hour, plus a $0.50-per-hour shift differential. Clover Place is a DESC permanent supportive housing site providing stable housing and onsite services for adults experiencing chronic homelessness and living with disabilities. The role supports a safe, welcoming residential environment by coordinating visitor access, monitoring common areas, assisting residents and staff, and responding to building needs. It helps maintain continuity of building operations and connects residents with clinical or other relevant programming when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Participate in shift briefings and review logs
• greet and check in visitors
• operate lobby systems, answer phones, and monitor security systems
• support medication distribution and food service
• maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
• conduct perimeter walk-throughs
• document significant events
• coordinate with clinical, maintenance, and visiting providers
• respond to crises using de-escalation and emergency procedures
• assist with maintenance requests and property-management functions.
