Bilingual Spanish Legal Assistant / Paralegal

What you'll do

• Greet clients and visitors by phone, video, and in person when in-person meetings resume
• answer calls on a multi-line phone system
• schedule appointments and check for conflicts
• conduct phone, video, and in-person intakes as applicable
• maintain tracking in the cloud-based case management system
• learn and follow legal procedures and firm policies
• work collaboratively and communicate respectfully.
