What you'll do

• Manage TPN referrals from intake through insurance approval
• verify medical and pharmacy benefits and coverage criteria
• prepare and submit prior authorization requests
• communicate referral status and outstanding information to dieticians, sales representatives, and prescribers
• provide patient financial counseling
• maintain compliant documentation and real-time referral records
• collaborate with patient services and revenue cycle management teams
• track referral status, turnaround times, and outcomes.
