Buyer / Procurement Specialist

What you'll do

• Place purchase orders and ensure timely supply
• use SAP and MRP information to manage requirements and supplier commitments
• communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders about pricing, delivery, quality, and supply issues
• assist with negotiations, sourcing, and cost reduction
• maintain supply and pricing agreements and related documents
• track supplier performance
• support supplier relationship activities and audits
• help manage inventory
• resolve purchasing and invoicing discrepancies
• participate in process improvement and ensure purchasing compliance.
