Service Parts Clerk

The Service Parts Clerk role is onsite in Fairbanks, AK, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, an eight-hour shift, and occasional Saturdays. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Prepare and process customer quotes and orders
• process emergency orders promptly
• respond to calls professionally
• support customer service
• maintain an organized service parts area
• coordinate freight billing with warehouse personnel
• assist with returns, stock orders, warranty and core claims, shipping and receiving, and physical inventory
• prioritize service department parts requests
• and pull and stage parts for scheduled service jobs.
