What you'll do

• Identify, triage, track, and drive remediation of ACAS vulnerability findings across managed endpoints
• coordinate remediation timelines with Enterprise Patch Management
• liaise with Customer Support Technicians
• support endpoint version control and software compliance using Tanium or equivalent tools
• troubleshoot nonstandard endpoint issues
• document remediation and report aging findings
• communicate with customers and technicians
• escalate systemic gaps
• and support process improvement.
