What you'll do

• Assist the store management team in executing and supervising store activities
• greet and assist guests, answer questions, explain promotions and trade-in options, and recommend products
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• promote title reservations and Pro Rewards
• maintain clean, organized, and properly merchandised store areas
• complete Omni-Channel orders
• conduct inventory counts and stock merchandise
• support loss prevention and asset protection
• reconcile daily transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments and report discrepancies
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in management’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures and provide associate performance feedback.
