What you'll do

• Develop a legal intake brief for Marketing requests
• work with legal resources to identify contract components
• draft initial marketing BIAs and related legal documents for review
• incorporate stakeholder feedback
• create and maintain standardized templates
• track document workflows between Marketing and Legal
• build centralized document libraries and tracking systems
• recommend improvements to legal content and processes.
