What you'll do

• Engage with guests, build relationships, resolve concerns, and support a positive guest experience
• oversee restaurant and bar operations, service, food quality, cleanliness, and organization
• train, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable
• support guest loyalty and the restaurant’s local reputation
• ensure staffing, shift readiness, opening and closing procedures, food safety, and standards
• lead the restaurant in the general manager’s absence.
