Senior Employment Law Attorney

The salary range is $225,000–$275,000 per year. Talent Search PRO is recruiting for a law practice serving clients that include Silicon Valley technology companies and middle-market businesses. The attorney independently manages complex employment litigation, advises employers on workforce practices and California compliance, and contributes to practice growth through client service, business development, and supervision of junior associates.

What you'll do

• Defend employers in FEHA/Title VII, wage-and-hour, and PAGA matters
• manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, and appearances before agencies such as the EEOC, CRD, and DLSE
• counsel clients on workforce management, HR policies, and California employment-law compliance
• develop client relationships and business
• lead case strategy and mentor junior associates.
