The Autism Clinic ABA Therapist — Behavior Technician role is part-time and onsite at the center in Albuquerque, NM. Pay is $18.50–$19.50 per hour during training and $20.50–$21.50 per hour after training, depending on experience. JumpStart Autism Collective provides early intervention services for children with autism and other developmental delays. Working one-on-one with learners ages two through twelve, the Behavior Technician implements clinical protocols, records data, and makes data-based decisions during sessions. The role supports learners’ development of adaptive skills within customized ABA programming overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

What you'll do

• After completing paid training, work one-on-one with children ages two to twelve
• implement behaviorally based clinical protocols with fidelity
• chart data and make data-based decisions within treatment sessions
• maintain learner materials and a clean, safe, organized treatment environment
• use safe and appropriate crisis intervention and prevention strategies.
