The Strength, Conditioning and Speed Coach role is an onsite, full-time position in Olive Branch, MS, with a stated salary range of $25,000–$35,000 per year. The coach supports D1 Training’s group training facility for youth athletes, adults, and teams. The coach delivers and adapts workouts to individual needs, teaches safe technique, and builds relationships that support members’ progress and retention. The role contributes to D1’s goal of helping athletes and members reach their fitness goals through training and accountability.

What you'll do

• Create a positive and motivating environment
• assess members and align them with appropriate programs
• coach group workouts, personal training, and teams
• teach proper form and technique
• adapt movements to individual needs
• provide guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition
• support member relationships and retention
• reduce injury risk through proper movement patterns.
