What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
• mix paint to specified colors and finishes
• apply primer, base coats, and clear coats
• monitor coverage and finish quality
• perform touch-ups and repairs
• follow safety protocols
• maintain painting equipment and tools
• collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
