The Property and Casualty Operations Trainer is a contract role based in Baton Rouge, LA, responsible for driving learning and development for operational staff within the Client Service Organization. The trainer will collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs, develop instructional assets, and implement reinforcement tactics to drive behavior change and operational excellence.

• deliver training in classroom and webinar settings
