• create test plans, cases, automated suites, and exploratory charters
• build API and UI automation frameworks
• integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and peak-volume testing
• establish performance baselines
• lead defect triage and root-cause analysis
• report coverage, risks, and release readiness.
