What you'll do

• Set up projects and build schedules from approved scopes
• schedule meetings and resources
• lead client kickoffs and check-ins
• communicate progress, milestones, risks, and delays
• document decisions and action items
• identify scope changes and route them appropriately
• monitor hours and budgets
• track hardware and software orders
• maintain project tickets, notes, and schedules
• support project closure and transition to ongoing support
• review time, expenses, and products for invoice accuracy and prepare projects for billing.
