What you'll do

• coordinate daily work across trades and project milestones
• lead foremen and field crews
• collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents
• maintain quality, safety, and workmanship standards
• address schedule, staffing, and material issues
• review drawings and specifications
• conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress tracking
• ensure work follows contract documents and local codes.
