General Laborer / Water Restoration Technician

Job overview

The General Laborer / Water Restoration Technician role is onsite in Prescott Valley, AZ, with regular travel to job sites in the Prescott area and surrounding regions and occasional travel to the Mesa headquarters. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. The role supports Rocky Mountain Restoration’s work helping customers recover from flooding, water damage, fire, mold, and other disasters. The technician performs hands-on mitigation and restoration work to help return damaged properties and belongings to service. The role supports project managers and crew chiefs through equipment setup, demolition, cleanup, and restoration tasks, with hands-on training from an experienced crew chief.

What you'll do

• Assist with restoration jobs and support the project manager
• follow the Clean Guys protocol and technician playbooks
• help maximize equipment use
• perform equipment setup, demolition of building materials, and packing and return of customer property
• assist with water extraction, drying, cleaning, and restoration tasks as needed.

Why this role

The role requires temporary 24/7 on-call availability at the start of employment until another technician is hired to share call responsibilities. Requires a clean driving record, ability to lift 75 pounds, English fluency, and age 21 or older; 1–2 years of restoration experience is a plus.
