Early Education Program Director

The Early Education Program Director role is onsite in Boston, MA, with a stated salary range of $110,000–$120,000 per year. The role oversees staff, regulatory and accreditation compliance, budgets, enrollment, curriculum, child development, records, and family and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Oversee program operations, schedules, policies, licensing, and compliance with funding requirements, government regulations, EEC and NAEYC standards
• manage enrollment and waiting lists, reports, classroom spaces, and internal commercial kitchen operations
• oversee dual-language curriculum, assessment, and instructional models
• monitor children’s development and maintain records
• support staff development and supervision
• communicate with families and conduct parent-teacher conferences
• participate in organizational and community events.
