The Litigation Paralegal role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $35–$45 per hour. Hagens Berman is a national class-action and complex litigation firm representing consumers, employees, investors, and others. The paralegal supports litigation by preparing and filing legal documents, assisting with research and discovery, organizing evidence and productions, and preparing materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial. The role also supports client communications, case databases, calendaring, and trial logistics.

What you'll do

• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents
• cite-check and format filings
• gather facts, documents, exhibits, and evidence
• assist with discovery, document searches, productions, redactions, and privilege logs
• maintain and search databases
• communicate with clients and class members
• prepare materials for arguments, depositions, mediations, and trial
• organize exhibits and coordinate trial logistics
• scan, file, e-file, serve, and mail documents
• calendar deadlines.
