What you'll do

• Assist the Produce Manager in daily department operations, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure produce displays are fresh, attractive, fully stocked, and rotated properly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with company and health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with product selection.
• Train, coach, and support produce team members as directed.
• Help monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and control department costs.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and coverage as needed.
• Support promotions, seasonal displays, and new product rollouts.
• Uphold Mother’s Market values related to wellness, sustainability, and community.
