What you'll do

• Handle incoming client and company communications
• provide backup coverage for account managers
• manage renewal applications, documentation, change requests, proposals, and invoicing coordination
• bind or change coverage within company authority
• enter new applications and obtain loss information
• coordinate with producers and internal teams
• identify additional coverage opportunities
• maintain records in Applied EPIC.
