What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for banking and financial applications
• collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers
• prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• analyze workflows, processes, and integrations
• conduct gap, impact, and root-cause analysis
• participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• develop process flows and functional specifications
• coordinate UAT and support defect resolution
• support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting using Excel and SQL where required.
