Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Identify and quantify energy-efficiency and decarbonization opportunities
• perform energy and economic analyses using field data, trending, and modeling
• lead or contribute to projects
• conduct site surveys and facility assessments
• prepare reports and present findings
• provide technical leadership and quality review
• coach and develop engineers
• allocate project resources
• support onboarding, goal-setting, hiring, and professional development.
